All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Since many of our furniture products are handcrafted and made with premium Solid Sheesham Wood, processing times may vary depending on product availability and customization requirements.

  • Standard Products: 2–5 business days
  • Made-to-Order Products: 7–15 business days
  • Customized Products: Processing time will be communicated separately

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and product type.

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, transportation delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer shipping across India.

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected products and promotional offers.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery.

If you notice:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products

Please notify us immediately and, if possible, take photographs before accepting the delivery.

Any delivery-related concerns should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Furniture Delivery

Large furniture items may require special logistics partners for safe transportation. Delivery personnel may deliver the product to the ground floor, building entrance, or serviceable area depending on local logistics policies.

Assembly services may be available for selected products and locations.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery along with:

  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the packaging

Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
