This is my second order with Raj Handicraft. The Experience can be described as awesome and needs to be broken into multiple categories. 1. Sales experience : The Sales experience was profoundly stunning since we were mostly talking on WhatsApp and he has transparently spoken on the wood and wood veneer parts, dimension tailoring and even payment through payment gateway was made. Manufacturing Experience : At every stage of Manufacturing, the team kept talking and showing incremental progress. Even the handle, knobs and quality of knobs were discussed and they had agreed to the handle quality that I wanted, the SS grade ones. I was particularly blown away by the cooperation. Shipment : They send via Delhivery and I have experienced horror stories of Delhivery. But Mr. Raj had taken every effort coordinating from far Rajasthan with Delhivery bosses and made a very successful delivery experience. The packaging had blown me out of the world. The entire dressing tables was packed in a hard plywood coffin box kind of a structure with massive amount of padding. When I received the packaging , it took me 2 hours to open that coffin structure and bring the furniture out. It came with immaculate quality. The polish was profoundly of a very high finish and even my face was visible. The quality of wood had simply stunned me because the veins were so nice and it was the most solid part of the sheesham wood that I received. After having shopped at multiple outlets across India, I must say Raj Handicraft makes the most professional sales experience coupled with the stunning quality of delivered and finished item. I would keep buying from them , such is the faith on the brand.
