At Raj Handicraft, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled within 24 hours and has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may not be eligible for cancellation, especially if production, customization, packaging, or shipping has already begun.

Return & Exchange Policy

As our furniture products are carefully handcrafted and securely packed before shipment, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in wood grain, texture, finish, or color, which are natural characteristics of Solid Sheesham Wood

Damaged Product Policy

If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Requirements

To process a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product.
  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping labels.
  • Order details and contact information.

Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Damage Verification Process

Once the required evidence is submitted:

  1. Our support team will review the complaint.
  2. A representative may contact you for additional information if required.
  3. The damage claim will be inspected and verified.
  4. If the claim is found to be genuine and approved by our support team, the product will be eligible for replacement or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Approved damaged products may be exchanged for the same product or a suitable replacement, subject to product availability.

Exchange requests are processed only after verification and approval by our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper assembly
  • Products reported after the specified claim period
  • Products without required proof of damage
  • Products showing normal wear and tear after use

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided only in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • Product cannot be replaced due to unavailability
  • Approved cases determined by Raj Handicraft after review

Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of Raj Handicraft.
