Products can be browsed through using the Search box found on the top right corner of the page. Alternately, you can find the products using the categories featured in the menu bar.
Once you choose the product category you can explore through all the available models of the product in that category in various price range, size and colours. For a quick browsing of the products you can use the filter option as follows
Price Filter: To choose a particular price range use the Price Filters on the left panel of the page by typing the amount range in the price filter box and clicking apply filter
You can choose to display the featured products as a list or view in tile format. Also, sort the products based on their “Name” or “Colour” or “Price” in ascending order.
Some products may have more options that it may not fit within a single page. In such cases the products are listed in multiple pages which can be accessed using Previous and Next button or by clicking the page numbers shown at the bottom of the page.
Click on "Add to Cart” button when the product of your choice is selected and the required wood colour is chosen. In case your preferred product is a sofa a new pop up screen will open wherein you can choose your preferred wood colour, preferred size i.e. either a 2 seater sofa or a 3 seater sofa etc. and the fabric colour of your choice along with the required number** of the same furniture, as applicable. Click “Add to Cart” button again, on doing this.
Shopping Cart: On checking out, the customer is led to the shopping cart page wherein the user can make his alterations as needed. Also, in case the user owns any coupon code he can utilise it by entering the code in the appropriate column which will reflect in the final bill.
Payment: Once the user is done with product selection he can proceed with money transaction process using the Pay U payment gateway after which the user will receive a confirmation email about the order placement.
A purchaser can track his personal details/order details any time by logging in to “My Accounts” page and moving to appropriate section seen in the left panel.
Editing communication details, checking on the status of the purchased items, providing ones feedback about the purchased item/purchase experience, checking the wishlist items/items selected for later purchase all can be done securedly through My Accounts.
