Payment Related Queries

1. How can I make the online Payment?

The payments can be done using debit card, credit card valid within india or by net banking, for all purchases done online.

2. Do you accept Credit/Debit cards?

Yes. We do support debit as well credit card transactions for payment.

3. Do you accept payment through Cheque/Demand Draft?

No. Currently, we do not accept payments through Cheque/Demand Draft

4. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

No. We do not accept Cash payments for any of the products purchased online.

5. I wish to cancel my order of the product purchased online. Will my money be Refunded?

Since each and every delivered product is either manufactured or customised based on the demands and requirements/specifications of the purchaser it involves more resource, time and effort. Hence, cancellation of the order is NOT entertained at any point of time. Also the amount once transferred is NON REFUNDABLE. However, an order can be cancelled if and only if the money transfer has not happened yet.

6. Can I order a product online and pay for the same in-store?

Sorry! that facility is not offered at our end.

7. I stay out of India and do not own any bank account within India. Is it possible to purchase a product to be delivered within India?

Yes. It is very much possible to make a purchase being outside India or through an NRI account provided the delivery of the product is strictly within Indian territory.

1. What type of products do you sell at

We sell all types of furniture products and decors ranging from variety of chairs, tables, beds, dinning sets, dressing tables, wooden frames, puja mandap/mandir for home and many more accessories and miscellaneous products made out of well processed, treated, seasoned and tested sheesham woods.
We also sell customised wooden products combined with brass, glassware as per the demand and requirements specified by customer.

2. Is there any difference between the products sold online and showroom products?

At we offer high quality vintage furniture products and decors unexceptionally at the same reasonable price as the showroom product.
All our products are made out of well processed, seasoned, treated and tested Sheesham woods which are absolutely termite free and in no way differs from the quality, reliability and durability of the products sold in our showrooms.

3. Can you arrange the delivery of a product available in the store but not available online?

Sorry, we can deliver only those products featured in our website and available in stock.

4. Where can I search/find a particular product?

Products can be searched by their name or product code using the search box available in every page of Alternatively, one can browse through our SITEMAP in which the desired product is likely to be found.

5. I am looking for an item that I had seen in one of your showrooms. But, I am not finding it in the online store.

Due to stock unavailability or due to the limitation in the range of present online products there is a possibility for an item, that is being searched for, to not be found in our online store. Please get in touch with our SUPPORT TEAM for more assistance.

Shipping/consignment Related Questions

1. Do you deliver in all the cities? Do we get door delivery?

We cover almost all the places across the major cities and towns of Rajasthan and parts of Delhi, Chandigarh. Please check for the Pin codes we deliver to, in the Delivered Locations page.

2. Do you deliver out of India?

No. As of now our delivery is only within parts of India.

3. What is the duration within which my Order will be delivered at my place?

General time period for a product to be shipped to a destination is 4 weeks – 6 weeks. Expected delivery of any specific product can be seen along with the respective product details. Soon after we receive your orders we start working on that consignment and try hard to deliver it within the stipulated time period. However, there may be exceptions at times due to poor logistics support and connectivity which may result in delay of the delivery.

4. I have received a defective/damaged product. Whom do I Contact?

All of the consignments of undergo 3 layered core packing like our in store products. Extreme care and precautions are taken at our end for the safe and damage free delivery of the product to the customer’s delight.
However, if any damage happens due to any unpredictable or unknown reasons then the customer is requested to contact the SUPPORT TEAM at the provided contact number or mail us at providing the following details: User details including the user id which was used during the registration with
Details of the Product purchased including the product id, transaction id and scanned copy of the bill.
Screen shot/ snap of the damaged product with clear visibility of the damaged portions.
We will address the issue with the needful support on receiving the mail and looking into the issue.

5. Is it possible to place order for multiple addresses?

We allow product delivery to a single postal address corresponding to one user id. However, a user has the option to change his or her delivery address detail any time, through “My Account

6. Do you charge for shipping? Is there any additional delivery charge?

We provide free shipping to all the regions across India unless and otherwise specified. However, the product bill would include the government levied taxes and delivery charges in addition to the product cost.

7. I received a wrong product that was not ordered at my end, instead of my ordered product.what do I do?

At we take extreme precaution and care to deliver the exact product ordered by each customer. However, in case of unexpected situations wherein the product gets mixed up, we request the customer to get in touch with us within 24hrs of receiving the delivery at their end.
I want to track my despatched shipment status.
Once the shipment has been despatched the consignment tracking codes will be emailed to you which can be tracked using the courier website.

8. I live in india and want to order a product online but I find my PINCODE to be missing in the delivered locations page. Does it mean I wont be able to order?

As of now we deliver the products to only those locations whose PINCODES are available within the “Delivered Locations” page section.
If in case your PINCODE is not found in the list, please ensure you entered the code correctly without any space. If not, please check with us again later as we are actively working upon addition of more PINCODES and covering more regions.
